It's to make sure you pay for whatever treatment they decide you deserve.
That's right...it is in the House bill. You may think that's the worst thing in it. but there are things that are a greater abomination than that. Under this bill, the government can determine who lives and dies. They are going to fund abortions... and they are going to be for euthanasia for seniors who THEY JUDGE to not have too many years left in their lives.
