BITS AND TIDBITS ABOUT OUR POLITICIANS FOR THE DUMB MASSES WHO DON'T FOLLOW WHAT'S GOING ON IN WASHINGTON

Remember when Nancy Pelosi told us that we had to pass the bill to find out what’s in it?  Well, here is a prime example of what’s in it.

It looks like John Kerry has landed a $3.5 billion windfall thanks to ObamaCare.  Over the next ten years, $3.5 billion in Medicare reimbursement payments ($367 million a year) will go directly to an organization that has given generously to Kerry’s campaign.  The report says, “The obscure policy change was formally approved by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in July 2011. It was prompted by a small, 15-bed hospital located on the upscale island of Nantucket, a popular vacation spot for wealthy New Englanders where Kerry and his wife own a $9 million waterfront home.”

Bend over, here it comes!  There’s only one way to stop this monstrosity from fully being implemented, and that is by going to the polls in November.

Barack Obama really needs to get a hold of his White House staff.  They clearly need to read their memos more closely or just stop being so plain ignorant.

Earlier in the week we had the big “oops” from Obama’s chief of staff Jack Lew, who tried to claim that the reason Congress hasn’t passed a budget is because Democrats can’t get 60 votes in the Senate, pinning the blame on Republicans and their unwillingness to compromise.  The problem is that the Senate doesn’t need 60 votes to pass a budget resolution, only 51 votes.  But Obama’s last budget failed by a Senate vote of 97-0 … so Jack Lew doesn’t need to worry about 51 votes, much less 60.  What a dumb ass!

Here’s something that appeared in Obama’s budget that he hasn’t mentioned.  On page 1,318 of Obama’s budget, he quietly puts an end to the infamous DC voucher program.

This was a program established in 2004 which awarded vouchers to children in DC to attend private schools.  The results were remarkable.  According to the Heritage Foundation, student academic achievement surpassed their peers in government schools and graduation rates increased significantly: “While graduation rates in D.C. Public Schools hover around 55 percent, students who used a voucher to attend private school had a 91 percent graduation rate.”  Not to mention the fact that this private education ($8,000) cost less than half of what it costs to educate a child at DC government schools ($18,000)!

There was a problem though.  Teacher’s unions didn’t like the voucher program … not one little bit.  They got to work and defeated the DC mayor who initiated it, then went to work on Obama.  It worked.  Now Obama’s budget calls for the end of the program, instead funneling $36 million to DC government schools.  According to ObamaNomics, this will save us $20 million.  For a man who has played the class warfare card, saying that we need more money to invest in education for our children … it seems that he only means investment in government institutions, run by government bureaucrats and staffed by union members.  This has NOTHING to do with the quality of education and everything to do with his re-election and with power.

By the way … Obama’s children go to a private school in Washington, not to one of he government schools to which he has sentenced other DC children.

Small businesses are responsible for most of the economic growth in our nation.  Considering this fact, this figure doesn’t bode well for our economy or those looking for work: A recent Gallup Poll shows that 85% percent of small business owners say that they are currently not looking for any new workers

Why are they not hiring?  Of those who said they were not hiring, 48% cited their concern about possible rising healthcare costs (Read: ObamaCare).  Another 46% said that they were worried about new government regulations.  Who can blame them?  The economy, of course, is also a huge factor.

And here’s one more interesting stat: 71% of small businesses surveyed said that revenues from sales wouldn’t justify hiring additional workers.  The cost of employing people, thanks to government regulations, is not worth it to an employer, even if they are successful at generating revenue.   That’s sad, but not surprising.

There are countless stories of businesses having to endure the burdensome reach of our government.  Government is impeding growth, rather than fostering a positive growth environment.
====================================
Has Israel waited too long to do anything about Iran and their nuclear weapons program?  It was always going to have to be Iran.  Obama is too busy trying to teach Muslims to feel good about their contributions to science and math.  How about their contributions to nuclear science and the science of bomb making?
======================================
Some pundits are now saying that social issues are going to take the center stage in the race for the White House.  We were warned by conservatives that if this happened it would mean Democrat gains in the House and  ObaMao in the White House to continue with his “fundamental transformation” of our country from a republic to a fascist economic state.

It really is a shame that more people don’t understand what economic fascism is.  That’s when the means of production – businesses – are privately owned but strictly controlled by government.  The Obama “O” logo will someday be looked upon as the swastika of the early 21st century.

Are you going to be ready when the moochers, parasites and leaches start looting and burning on the occasion of the end of their free ride?   Better start building up your weapons arsenal and ammo now.
==============================================
Obama is now saying he didn’t realize how bad the problems were in the first place:

    Obama said Tuesday he wishes he knew the full extent of the economic crisis when he took office, if only so he could have let Americans know just how tough the coming years would be.  Well why didn't he know?  He was a Senator for two years before taking office as president.  Aren't senators keeping up to date on economic conditions in the country...or is he just one, stupid dumbass?  I think the latter based on the following statements (i.e. LIES).

    “I think we understood that it was bad, but we didn’t know how bad it was,” Obama said in an interview with KIRO in Seattle. “I think I could have prepared the American people for how bad this was going to be, had we had a sense of that.”

Rewind to October of 2008 — how much more could Obama have prepared the American people?

   "I think everybody knows now that we are in the worst financial crisis since the great depression."

Joe Biden said the same thing in 2009.

"Either we were and/or are still in a crisis worse than the Great Depression, or Obama’s only hope in November is that voters have incredibly short memories."

So the bullshit from these A-Holes keeps coming and millions of the dumb masses keep on swallowing it.
