President Obama:
Today I read of your administrations' plan to re-define September 11 as
a National Service Day. Sir, it's time we had a talk.
During your campaign, Americans watched as you made mockery of our
tradition of standing and crossing your heart when the Pledge of Allegiance
was spoken. You, out of four people on the stage, were the only one not
honoring our tradition.
YES, "We noticed."
During one of your many speeches, Americans heard you say that you
intended to visit all 57 states. We all know that Islam, not America has 57 states.
YES, "We noticed."
When President Bush leaned over at Ground Zero and gently placed a
flower on the memorial, while you nonchalantly tossed your flower onto
the pile without leaning over.
YES, "We noticed."
Every time you apologized to other countries for America 's position on
an issue we have wondered why you don't share our pride in this great
country.. When you have heard foreign leaders berate our country and
our beliefs, you have not defended us. In fact, you insulted the
British Crown beyond belief.
YES, "We noticed."
When your pastor of 20 years, "God-damned America " and said that
9/11 was " America 's chickens coming home to roost" and you denied
having heard recriminations of that nature, we wondered how that could
be. You later disassociated yourself from that church and Pastor
Wright because it was politically expedient to do so.
YES, "We noticed."
When you announced that you would transform America , we wondered
why. With all her faults, America is the greatest country on earth.
Sir, KEEP THIS IN MIND, "if not for America and the people who built
her, you wouldn't be sitting in the White House now." Prior to your
election to the highest office in this Country, you were a senator from
Illinois and from what we can glean from the records available, not a
very remarkable one.
YES, "We noticed."
All through your campaign and even now, you have surrounded
yourself with individuals who are basically unqualified for the
positions for which you appointed them. Worse than that, the majority
of them are people who, like you, bear no special allegiance, respect, or
affection for this country and her traditions.
YES, "We noticed."
You are 14 months into your term and every morning millions of
Americans wake up to a new horror heaped on us by you. You seek to
saddle working Americans with a health care/insurance reform package
that, along with cap and trade, will bankrupt this nation.
YES, "We noticed."
We seek, by protesting, to let our representatives know that we are not
in favor of these crippling expenditures and we are labeled
"un-American","racist", "mob". We wonder how we are supposed to let
you know how frustrated we are. You have attempted to make our protests seem
isolated and insignificant. Until your appointment, Americans had the right
to speak out.
YES, "We noticed."
On September 11, 2001 there were no Republicans or Democrats, only
Americans. And we all grieved together and helped each other in
whatever way we could. The attack on 9/11 was carried out because we are
Americans.
And YES, "We noticed."
There were many of us who prayed that as a black president you could
help unite this nation. In six months you have done more to destroy
this nation than the attack on 9/11. You have failed us.
YES, "We noticed."
September 11 is a day of remembrance for all Americans. You
propose to make 9/11 a "National Service Day". While we know that you
don't share our reverence for 9/11, we pray that history will report
your proposal as what it is, a disgrace.
YES, "We noticed."
You have made a mockery of our Constitution and the office that
you hold. You have embarrassed and slighted us in foreign visits
and policy.
YES, "We noticed."
We have noticed all these things. We will deal with you. When Americans
come together again, it will be to remove you from office.

Replacing Michelle Obama!
Wow, she must have been really good at her job!
At the top right hand corner of page 17 of the New York Post, January 24, 2009, was a column entitled, "Replacing Michelle" in the National Review, The Week. Here it is below as it appeared:
"Some employees are simply irreplaceable. Take Michelle Obama: The University of Chicago Medical center hired her in 2002 to run 'programs for community relations, neighborhood outreach, volunteer recruitment, staff diversity and minority contracting'.
In 2005 the hospital raised her salary from $120,000 to $317,000 - nearly twice what her husband made as a Senator.
Her husband, Barak Obama, had just become a US Senator. He sure had. He requested a $1 million earmark for the UC Medical Center, in fact. Way to network, Michelle!
Now that Mrs.... Obama has resigned, the hospital says her position will remain unfilled. How can that be if the work she did was vital enough to be worth $317,000 ?
Let me add that Michelle's position was a part time, 20 hour a week job."
My thoughts: How did this bit of quid pro quo corruption escape the sharp reporters that dug through Sarah Palin's garbage and her kindergarten files?
I hope this is discussed so many times that the media will HAVE to cover it.

THIS IS WELL WORTH PASSING ON
President ME has called for a "full-scale attack." Yeah ... aren't you just oh so excited! Obama finally gets it and he's going to launch a full scale attack to get our economy growing again?
Sorry ... but I'm really getting sick of this nonsense and the narcissistic boob that's spouting this crap from the Rose Garden. That's right .. notify the Soros myrmidons at Media Matters. I just referred to Obama the Obtuse as a "narcissistic boob." I've had it. I'm fed up. I still have enormous respect for the office of the presidency .. but absolutely none - not one stitch - for the self-involved incompetent and corrupt person who holds that office now ... courtesy of millions of voters who glom on to mindless slogans and a Republican Party that complete squandered a mandate.
Actually ... that "Obama the Obtuse" line, though it sounds clever, isn't quite right. Obama isn't obtuse .. at least now as I understand the word. "Obtuse" means "difficult to understand;" and there is nothing difficult to understand about Obama. He said five days before his coronation that he was going to "fundamentally transform the United States of America," and he meant it. He had every intention of transforming the United States from a nation where people seek self reliance to a nation where the masses seek government-provided security; From a nation with a dynamic free market economy to a clone of the European-Socialist welfare state; from a nation where the majority worship God to a nation where the people worship, as Obama does, the God of Government.
Oh yeah .. Obama is going to launch his "full-scale attack" to get the economy back on its feet. Don't the dumb masses understand that Obama launched his attack 19 months ago?
Obama says that his administration is "hard at work" looking for new ways to promote economic growth. Sure he is. Any work he's doing to find a way to promote economic growth pales to the effort he puts in every day of his life to promote government growth.
Perhaps you've heard the sound bites from yesterday. Obama has this grand new bill he wants the Republicans to support that is supposed to really get things hopping again. What does the bill entail? More government spending, that's what! Basically it's a small business lending bill ... government backed and subsidized lending. He says the GOP has been blockading the bill. Did he happen to mention that the Senate Democrats absolutely refuse to allow the Republicans to propose any amendments to the bill? Look! The Democrats have a majority in the Senate! Let the Republicans propose their amendments, then vote them down! There's your blockade ... but somehow that's just fine with Obama. He preached all this bi-partisanship stuff when he was running for president ... but never meant a word of it.
Lending to small businesses? Is Obama trying to tell us that there's no available money to loan to small businesses right now? Let him explain why small banks are sitting on one trillion dollars in excess reserves right now .. but somehow don't want to put that money into the lending marketplace? Wait --- I'll tell you. He doesn't know. You could take what Obama knows about small business and the mindset of the people who own them and shove up an ant's ass and it would rattle around like a marble in the Super Dome.
These small banks aren't lending right now because they have no confidence that the small businesses they might loan their excess reserves to will be able to pay the back. Simple as that. These business owners are under assault. There's ObamaCare, the financial reform act, tax increases, card check and the empowerment of unions, Cap and Trade ... as my father (a red-ass Marine if there ever was one) would say, these small businesses don't know whether to $h1t or go blind right now ... they are no more in a mood to borrow for expansion than the banks are to loan them money.
Do you know what small business owners - the principal job creators in our economy - talk about over their morning coffee? They're laughing their butts off at Obama's promise to eliminate their capital gains taxes. Hell ... most of them; the vast majority of them don't PAY capital gains taxes! What does it matter to them if capital gains taxes are eliminated? This is like telling hookers you're going to eliminate their unemployment insurance taxes. Oh yeah ... that ought to bring down the price of a little tang in a big way.
Now I may concede the point to you that Obama really does want to do what he can to get the economy moving right now .. but that's only because there's an election on the horizon and he's afraid of losing his support structure on Capitol Hill. There's two problems though:
Right now we have dozens of federal agencies that are working on more than 120 new rule-makings under ObamaCare and the wonderful financial overhaul bill. Businessmen have no idea what those new rules and regulations will entail. They've found out about the 1099 reporting debacle under ObamaCare. What's next? The rules aren't even written yet, and when they are written they will be crafted - if that's the word - by bureaucrats who have never hired a worker, met a payroll or developed a business plan in their entire lives ... and these businesses are supposed to answer Obama's battle cry for hiring and economic growth?
What will the tax rate on small businessmen be next year? The great government-educated dumb masses may not understand this, but businessmen certainly do ... that their business income is going to be reported on their personal income tax return next year .. and that if that business income exceeds $200,000 they're going to be hit with new taxes. How much? Nearly 5 percent? That's right folks ... according to numbers from our own wonderful Imperial Federal Government, over 50% of the income that will be hit with Obama's tax increase on the evil, filthy rich will be BUSINESS income. That's not even mentioning increases in dividend and interest taxes. Let's hold a job fair!
I never imagined it could be this bad. I knew Obama was a radical. I saw the American votes falling for his wonderfully-crafted speeches and mindless slogans. I actually felt the Republicans deserved some comeuppance for their performance after the 1994 revolution and for putting John McCain instead of someone like Mitt Romney at the head of the ticket ... but Lord help us, I never suspected this guy could be quite THIS bad.
Costa Rica anyone? Panama? New Zealand? Does it come to the point that we leave this idiot to the voters who put him in power? I guess we'll know a lot more on November 3rd.

They know his promise not to raise their taxes was another ObamaLie ... and they just don't know how much of their work product they'll even be able to keep after the end of the year. These people are scared to death! They saw Obama ram through a health care bill that clearly the public did not want ... a health care bill that adds to our health care and increases our deficit. Is this supposed to put them in a spending mood? Business leaders have no idea how much of their earnings are going to be seized in the form of taxes or ObamaCare penalties in the coming years. This is supposed to put them in a hiring mood?
(b) Even if President Wonderful DID know what to do, he would probably balk because his anti-capitalist agenda is more important than poor saps who probably didn't vote for him anyway finding a job.

OBAMA AND BIDEN NEED TO PULL THEIR HEADS OUT OF THEIR ASSES!
HOW'S OBAMA'S "RECOVERY SUMMER" WORKING OUT FOR YOU?
So there we have Joe Biden telling Americans yesterday that "we're heading in the right direction." Well ... from his standpoint, and certainly from the standpoint of his boss, The Community Organizer ...perhaps he's right. Right, that is, if your version of "the right direction" is toward the economic tyranny that will be visited upon us by Obama's vision of a centrally planned economy.
Just take a look at some of the headlines over the past few days:
This is what we get when the idiot voters in this country fall for a smooth talking community organizer with absolutely NO executive experience at all ... and who has often professed his disdain for the private sector ... and we put this menace in charge of bring our economy back.
Would you take your sick puppy to a vet that hates dogs? Why, then, would we take a sick private sector economy to a ruler who hates the private sector?
This is all so much worse than I ever could have imagined when Obama got his crown of thorns in January of 2009. I've seen incompetence before ... but this character gets the gold medal.
I'm telling ya. If the Democrats remain in power after the November election this year, it's time to buy some luggage. If they remain in power after 2012 ... and this disaster of a president gets a second term ... it's time to pack.

- Home sales in the United States were down in July. This in spite of dirt-cheap mortgages and greatly reduced prices. The figures are the worse we've seen in this country in over a decade. The experts are telling us that we're in for another drop in home values. Welcome to Recovery Summer!
- The Financial Times says that disappointing US economic figures are driving a surge in demand for low-yielding assets. I'm not sure what that means, but it doesn't sound good. Here's a quote: "Things appear to have come to a head...with markets braced at the edge of a precipice ahead of key US economic data likely to further unnerve investors already concerned by the extent of impending slowdown." Welcome to Recovery Summer!
- This from The Wall Street Journal: Day after day, investors have been hit with more evidence that the economy is stalling. The Dow is down over 4% this month, after an ebullient July that was fueled by impressive earnings results from U.S. companies. The Dow posted another triple-digit loss today and at one point fell below the 10,000 level. Michael Casey has details about the factors driving today's market action. But earnings season is now over and investors are far more focused on potential troubles ahead. What's that Biden said? Oh yeah ... Welcome to Recovery Summer.
- Economist David Rosenberg, apparently someone who has earned a certain degree of respect in economic circles, writes a daily brief for investors. Yesterday he said that the U.S. economy is heading into a 1930s-style depression. He reminded his clients that the Great Depression also had some high points such as positive stock market gains .. but then, as now, those signs of recovery were unsustainable and only provided a false sense of stability.
- Charles Nenner, founder and president of Charles Nenner research says that the Dow is on its way down to 5000 in the next 30 months. He's saying that things "really look bad for the next 10 years."
- While millions of Americans are looking for jobs so that they can start taking care of their families again, Our Hero is looking for over 5% in new income tax that our own government says will affect 50% of the small business income that we need to put to work to grow new jobs. Smart, isn't it?
- You saw the jobless claims that came out last week. Try 500,000 new jobless claims. Welcome to Recovery Summer.
- The number of subscribers to cable and satellite television fell for the first time in history during the second quarter of this year. People just aren't going to pay the price any more .. not in this economy they're not.
- The Obama Administration is no longer using the "jobs created or saved" nonsense to tout the effectiveness of the stimulus plan. There's a new phrase now .... "lives touched."
- The Obama Administration has now as much as admitted that ObamaCare will increase the cost of medical care in this country and, at the same time, add to our deficit. Exactly the opposite of what was promised when they were trying to get the bill passed earlier this year.
