Put this guy in charge.......... No kidding, this guy has more
smarts than all the people running this country put together !

This article was in the Waco Tribune Herald in Waco , TX on 11/18/10

Put me in charge of food stamps. I'd get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash
for Ding Dongs or Ho Ho's, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and
beans, blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away.  If
you want steak and frozen pizza, then get a job.

Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I'd do is to get women
Norplant birth control implants or tubal ligations.  Then, we'll test
recipients for drugs, alcohol, nicotine and document all tattoos and
piercings.  If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, smoke or get
tats and piercings, then get a job.

Put me in charge of government housing.  Ever live in a military
barracks? You will maintain our property in a clean and good state of
repair.  Your "home" will be subject to inspections anytime and
possessions will be inventoried.  If you want a plasma TV or Xbox 360,
then get a job and your own place.

In addition, you will either present a check stub from a job each week or
you will report to a "government" job.  It may be cleaning the roadways
of trash, painting and repairing public housing, whatever we find for
you.  We will sell your 22 inch rims and low profile tires and your
blasting stereo and speakers and put that money toward the "common good."

Before you write that I've violated someone's rights, realize that all of
the above is voluntary.  If you want our money, accept our rules.  Before
you say that this would be "demeaning" and ruin their "self esteem,"
consider that it wasn't that long ago that taking someone else's money
for doing absolutely nothing was demeaning and lowered self esteem.

If we are expected to pay for other people's mistakes we should at least
attempt to make them learn from their bad choices.  The current system
rewards them for continuing to make mistakes and bad choices.

AND while you are on Government subsistence, you no longer can VOTE!
Yes, that is correct.  For you to vote would be a conflict of interest.
You will voluntarily remove yourself from the voting rolls while you are
receiving a Government welfare check.  If you want to vote - get a job.

THE AMERICAN JOBS ACT: JUST MORE CAMPAIGN RHETORIC FROM THE LIAR-IN-CHIEF

Our Buffoon-in-Chief wants his American Jobs Act passed “right away.”  He told us that at least eight times.  We need to pass this plan and we need to do it right now - by God.  How many times do our Republican leaders fall for this LIAR'S bullcrap?

Why the urgency?  Because when Congress fails to pass it right away, Obama can throw up his hands and say, “Hey, I told them we needed to pass it right away.  Congress didn’t! The Republicans blocked it!  Republican obstructionism and partisanship is destroying our economy.    It’s not my fault.  Our economy would have recovered by now if they had only listened to me.”  And then you will hear that line from now until November 2012.

So here's basically what we were told in Obama’s speech:
  
   Spend about a half-trillion dollars we don’t have.
   Insure that as much of the new spending is spent by the government sector as possible.  Governments spending on roads, bridges and schools.  Keep as much of the spending out of the private sector as we can. (wasn't this what we were told the Stimulus money was for?)
    Make sure that to the greatest extent possible the beneficiaries of the spending are union workers --- teachers, construction workers and the like.
    Tell the dumb masses once again that the evil rich and the nasty corporations are not paying “their fair share” of taxes.
    Get the phrase “millionaires and billionaires” in there at least once to generate a little more class envy.
    Call for the increased spending, but pass the buck on how to come up with the money to the super committee of 12 Senators and Congressmen, that way the Buffoon-in-Chief  doesn’t have to take the heat for the tax increase proposals or spending cuts in next year’s election.

But don't we get three days ( not including weekends and holidays) to read the freak'n bill?  I guess we'll need to sign it to find out whats in it.  That's how these clowns operate!

I expect it will be pretty much the same as the last stimulus wealth transfers, intended merely to take taxpayer money and give it to unions and Obama supporters. Has all of the money from the previous stimuli been accounted for? What about the millions given to people in area codes and congressional districts which do not exist? What about the billions given to government employees who merely divided it up among themselves and called it a bonus? Why should we have any expectation that THIS money will be handled with any more responsibility? I would like to see a full, independent audit of ALL money spent in the first stimulus packages before any more money is given out!

Considering how bad Obama's policies worked in the past couple years, I was really expecting this speech to have lots of either sound economic policies or proposals for major debt reduction.  But nooo! What he gave us was more of the same socialist policies he's been imposing since day 1 that all but the most stubborn Obama voter admits was a horrendous failure. (The ones that won't admit it still acknowledge how bad the policies are but they just won't admit it).
