signed by a President that also hasn't read it, who smokes, bangs his head while boarding airplanes, and thinks there are 58 states,
with funding administered by a Treasury Chief who didn't pay his taxes,
supported by the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman who also is a tax cheat,
promoted by a Speaker of the House who belongs in a Psycho Ward,
with funding administered by a Treasury Chief who didn't pay his taxes,
supported by the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman who also is a tax cheat,
promoted by a Speaker of the House who belongs in a Psycho Ward,
overseen by a Surgeon General who is obese,
and financed by a Country that's nearly broke.
