NANCY PELOSI, AND DEMOCRATS IN GENERAL, DISPLAY THEIR HYPOCRISY TIME AND TIME AGAIN
When CBS reporter Bob Schieffer asked Nancy Pelosi some tough questions on her Congress’s record on the economy. How did she react? Let’s just say you could stamp ‘HYPOCRITE’ on her forehead after this.
Schieffer asked: “We’re talking in kind of a different way, when unemployment went to 5% under George Bush. What you said then, that Americans are struggling with skyrocketing energy prices, gas was only $3 a gallon then, and you say this morning this is January 4th, 2008, this morning’s job report confirms what most Americans already knew. President Bush’s economic policies have failed our country’s middle class. I mean, aren’t Republicans entitled to say, you know, if gas was $3 and unemployment was 5% and the President has failed the American people, don’t they have a right to say that this President has failed the American people?”
Her response?
“Well, if you want to go into the past, we can talk about the past all you want,” she said before adding that Americans are looking to the future.
Unfortunately, this comes from a woman and an administration that has defined their entire time in office by the actions and ‘failures’ of the Bush administration – refusing to take responsibility for any economic turmoil.
IN OTHER WORDS....THEY WILL SAY, OR DO, ANYTHING TO SUIT THEIR AGENDA AT THE TIME. THEY HAVE NO UNDERLYING PRINCIPLES OR CONVICTIONS!

CAN YOU BELIEVE THE ARROGRANT HYPOCRISY OF THESE LIBERAL, PELOSI LOVING, DUMBASSOCRATS?
Nancy Pelosi is without doubt the worst person ever to hold the post of Speaker of the House. She is the idiot who brought bills to the House floor without even reading them; she is the idiot who said the bills have to be passed before we could see what was in them. She is the stupid dumbass who said that unemployment compensation is stimulating to the economy (Huh? WTF!). She was the most arrogant, stupid Obama puppet ever to grace the floor of congress. She was a primary catalyst in helping Barack Obummer destroy the American way of life, pile mountains of debt on our grandchildren, and put more people out of work in the Democrats attempt to repay unions for their continued support of the Democratic Party.
When the Democrats took over Congress in 2006, their approval rating was only 31 percent. Nancy Pelosi said she wanted to reverse that, and she did. It is now 13 percent. Way to go Pelosi! That's probably the only promise she's kept.

Pelosi was the 52nd speaker of the House. During her tenure, she amassed more debt than the first 49 speakers combined.
The total national debt did not climb above $5.343 trillion (the amount amassed during Pelosi’s four years as speaker) until Feb. 26, 1997, when Rep. Newt Gingrich (R.-Ga.) was serving as the nation’s 50th House speaker.
When Pelosi was sworn in on Jan. 4, 2007, the national debt stood at $8,670,596,242,973.04. At the close of business on Jan. 4, 2011, her last full day in the speakership, it stood at 14,014,049,043,294.41--an increase of $5,343,452,800,321.37.
Pelosi served as speaker for four full years, including one leap year, making her time in that office 1,461 days. On average, the federal government added $3.66 billion ($3,657,394,113.84) in new debt for each of those days.
Pelosi not only outstripped her predecessors in the total volume of debt added to the national debt during her tenure as speaker, but also in the rate at which new debt was added. In fact, Pelosi added debt at a rate more than three times faster than her nearest competitor.

During her 1PM ET hour show on MSNBC on Tuesday, host Andrea Mitchell sympathized with exiting Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, remarking that the California Democrat having to hand over the gavel to John Boehner in January has "got to be painful," but that Pelosi is "doing it with class."
Mitchell made the comments after talking to Politico's congressional bureau chief Martin Kady about a recent interview Pelosi conducted with the political website. Mitchell cited excerpts: "Pelosi says quote, 'I'm obviously devastated by the loss we had' but she also says she 'feels serene' and is already working on getting Democrats to win back the House, a tall order." Kady portrayed Pelosi as defiant: "I mean she's really still promoting the accomplishments of the Democratic congress, even the accomplishments that some believe, you know, may have cost her some seats in this House."

Debt Has Increased $5 Trillion Since Speaker Pelosi Vowed, ‘No New Deficit Spending’

(CNSNews.com) - When Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) gave her inaugural address as speaker of the House in 2007, she vowed there would be “no new deficit spending.” Since that day, the national debt has increased by $5 trillion, according to the U.S. Treasury Department.
"After years of historic deficits, this 110th Congress will commit itself to a higher standard: Pay as you go, no new deficit spending,” Pelosi said in her speech [2] from the speaker’s podium. “Our new America will provide unlimited opportunity for future generations, not burden them with mountains of debt."
Pelosi has served as speaker in the 110th and 111th Congresses.
At the close of business on Jan. 4, 2007, Pelosi’s first day as speaker, the national debt was $8,670,596,242,973.04 (8.67 trillion), according to the Bureau of the Public Debt [3], a division of the U.S. Treasury Department. At the close of business on Oct. 22, it stood at $13,667,983,325,978.31 (13.67 trillion), an increase of 4,997,387,083,005.27 (or approximately $5 trillion).
Pelosi, the 60th speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, has added more to the national debt than the first 57 House speakers combined.
The $4.997-trillion increase in the national debt since she took the gavel is more debt than the federal government amassed from the speakership of Rep. Frederick Muhlenberg [4] of Pennsylvania, who became the first speaker of the House on April 1, 1789, to the start of the speakership of Rep. Newt Gingrich [5] of Georgia, the 58th speaker, who took up the gavel on Jan. 4, 1995.
The national debt first topped $5 trillion on Feb. 23, 1996, more than a year into Gingrich’s speakership.
Gingrich served as speaker in the 104th and 105th Congresses, officially taking the office on Jan. 4, 1995 and leaving office on Jan. 3, 1999. During that period, according to the Treasury Department, the national debt increased $812.4 billion dollars ($812,423,595,162.98), rising from $4.8 trillion ($4,801,793,426,032.89) to $5.6 trillion ($5,614,217,021,195.87).
Rep. Dennis Hastert [6] (R-Ill.), the 59th speaker, who presided over the 106th, 107th, 108th and 109th Congresses (serving as speaker from Jan. 6, 1999 to Jan. 3, 2007), enjoys the distinction of having increased the debt more than any other speaker except Pelosi. During Hastert’s time, the national debt increased $3.1 trillion ($3,061,785,703,851.74).
Thus far (the 111th Congress will not be done until the end of the year), Pelosi has increased the debt by an average of $2.5 trillion for each Congress she has led as speaker. Hastert increased the debt by an average of about $785 billion per Congress, while Gingrich increased the debt by an average of $406 billion per Congress.
Under the U.S. Constitution, the federal government cannot spend any money that has not been approved by congressional appropriations; and, by congressional precedent, appropriations bills originate in the House.
"No money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law," says Article 1, Section 9, Clause 7 [7] of the Constitution.
“By precedent, appropriations originate in the House, with the Senate following suit,” says the House Rules Committee in an explanation [8] of the appropriations process.
Annual federal expenditures have increased by about $730 billion in the Pelosi era, while annual deficits have increased almost 8 fold. In fiscal 2007, when Pelosi became speaker, the federal government spent $2.73 trillion and ran an annual deficit of $162.8 billion, according to the Treasury Department [9]. In fiscal 2009 [10], the federal government spent $3.52 trillion and ran an annual deficit of $1.4157 trillion. In fiscal 2010 [11], the federal government spent $3.46 trillion and ran an annual deficit of $1.2941 trillion.
“The 2010 deficit was equal to 8.9 percent of gross domestic product (GDP), CBO estimates, down from 10.0 percent in 2009 (based on the most current estimate of GDP),” the Congressional Budget Office said in its October Monthly Budget Review [12]. “The 2010 deficit was the second-highest shortfall—and 2009 the highest—since 1945, relative to the size of the economy.”

She is upset that you have not bowed down and kissed the ground she walks upon, thanking her for everything she has done for this country. Pelosi says that "we haven't really gotten the credit for what we have done." By "we" she clearly means Democrats. Well how about we thank Nancy for this. In fact, why don't you go ahead and write a thank you note on behalf of your grandchildren ...

Princess Pelosi complains that "You have all those forces at work, pouring millions of millions of dollars into the media, and now into the campaigns to mischaracterize everything that we did." Well .. it's government accountants, not the evil media and the hated (but only as long as they're serving Republicans) "special interests," that are now telling us that Obama care is going to cost way more than you said, and that it will be adding to our deficits as early as next year.
Then there's the stimulus bill. Actually, Nancy, that one pretty much belongs to you. The Community Organizer wanted to spend some money to make it look to the American people like he was actually doing something ... so he came to you and told you to get a stimulus bill written. You then went to your House members and told them to get all of their spending bills written up in nice difficult to understand legislative language and sent to her office so she could put it into a nice stimulus package. So, if we can't thank you, we want to convey the thanks of those Siberians who are being taught with borrowed money - money our children will have to pay back - how to interact with their government ... in Moscow. Thanks also from that academic hack in Oklahoma who now has over $1 million of stimulus money to study grandparent interaction in Alaska. Oh ... and the turtles thank you for their turtle tunnel.
Mischaracterize? Don't think so, Madam Speaker. It's all there in black and white in the legislation you crammed down American throats. It's not real hard to mischaracterize a $5 trillion increase in national debt. Know what? I think that your real problem is that the American people understand all too well what you've really done. We recognize your accomplishments, and we look at our children and feel remorse for the idiotic votes we cast that gave you all this power.
Actually ... the American people DO want to thank you. They want you to know that they're so appreciative of the job you've done that they want you to go ahead and enjoy your hard-earned retirement. We're going to throw a little retirement party for you in ... say ... about one week. Maybe after all of the burdens of the speaker's office are removed from your shoulders you'll decide to just go ahead and retire. Trust me ... you've earned it.

FINANCIAL TRANSACTION TAX?
You haven't heard about this? No surprise. There's an election coming you know. Democrats aren't fond of telegraphing their various tax schemes just before you go to the polls. My guess is that you'll hear plenty about this if the voters of this country somehow manage to leave the Democrats in power. Drudge did, however, run with a bit over the weekend wherein Nancy Pelosi indicated that the idea had merit. On December 4th of last year CNSnews.com ran with a story detailing Pelosi's endorsement of a "global" tax on stock trades and other financial transactions that she said at a news conference could bring in $150 billion annually.
So ... just in case you're actually thinking of voting, maybe this explanation will help you make up your mind.
A financial transaction tax would most likely start out at around 1%. If you made a $500 deposit into your savings account, $5 would go to Washington. If your employer automatically deposited you $1,845 paycheck into your account every two weeks, $18.45 would go to the federal government. That's what happens when your money goes INTO your account? But what about when it comes OUT? Well, that's another financial transaction, isn't it? Charge a $80 dinner for two to your Visa card, 80 cents to the government. Let's say your car payment is $390 per month. Every time you make that payment $3.90 goes to the government. Over 36 months this would amount to $140. Now remember .. you already paid income tax on this money ... and here comes another 1% going in, and 1% coming out.
Mention this to a Democrat ... and they will surely tell you that you are crazy, that they would never consider something like this. But hold on a minute ... you need to know that this idea of a financial transaction tax is very popular right now in Europe. Some have even proposed such a tax as a way to support the United Nations, and I've already told you about Pelosi's love for the idea. So ... do you feel lucky? Go ahead! Put your favorite Democrat back into office. Then you can react with amazement a few months down the road when the Democrats - still in power thanks to your efforts --- announce that something like a temporary transaction is going to be necessary to take care of our deficit. The truth, of course, is that if they got the tax it would not be used to cover the deficit ... it would just be more money for them to spend on their various vote-buying schemes. Temporary? Yeah, right. The only thing about this financial transaction tax that would be temporary would be the rate. Again ... how long would it take them to tell you that they just "had" to raise the rate to 2%, but just for a while, mind you .. just for a while until whatever crisis our dear leaders in Washington were dealing with passed.
Are you beginning to see what the stakes are here four weeks from tomorrow? We're not playing some video game here folks. The threat is real, and if you aren't on the front lines to fight these people I promise you that your children and grandchildren will damn you for walking away from this battle.

MORE PROOF OF HOW UNIONS HAVE DEMOCRATS IN THEIR HIP POCKETS
Near midnight this past Thursday, Nancy Pelosi and her fellow Big Labor apologists in the U.S. House of Representatives disgracefully amended pending war funding legislation to include the Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining Bill.
And this was no accident or last-minute decision. Further, she wasn't acting on her own. As you know, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has been itching to ram through this bill for weeks, but outcry delayed his efforts before the Senate adjourned for Independence Day.
And now that Police and Firefighter Monopoly Bargaining has made it through the House (albeit through desperate tactics), the battle in the Senate will be more crucial than ever. BLAME BUSH, BLAME BUSH, AND ANAL CAVITY OBAMA TRIES TO GET THE GLORY
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi blamed the Bush administration for any lack of
oversight leading up to the Gulf oil spill. The Obama administration, on the other
hand, is blameless, she said. WHAT?
When asked by Don Imus on his morning program if the Obama was to blame for
lack of response to the oil spill, Sen. Chris Dodd blamed the Bush administration.
At that point, Imus interrupted and asked if he has "lost" his mind for blaming
Bush. "The President has been in office for a year and a half and they've been
dragging their feet and even people like James Carville said that his behavior 'has
been at the very best lackadaisical and naive' and you're still going to try to blame
Bush?" he said.
Following this type of asinine logic from these...and other...dumbassocrats, it is
clearly evident that all blame for 9/11 lies clearly on perjurer, adulterer and
impeached former president, Bill Clinton! Any arguments?
According to Col. Oliver North, within 4 days after Katrina struck, Pres. George Bush waived the Jones Act which allowed foreign vessels to come to the aid of Katrina victims and aid workers.

The Dutch and other Netherland countries..and 13 other countries...with their
superior knowledge and experience in dealing with offshore drilling accidents (in
the North Sea, no less) have offered their help and superior equipment to help
us...AND THIS ADMINISTRATION HAS REFUSED THEIR AID (SUPPOSEDLY BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T BE UTILIZING UNION WORKERS)!!! That's right BO is more concerned about his union pals than in protecting the Gulf Coast, wildlife and U.S. citizens who are suffering because of this disaster. WTF!

at Houston's Astrodome. But to the evident astonishment of ABC's correspondent,

On a special edition of Tuesday's Countdown show on MSNBC which aired after
President Obama's address to the nation, the panel of Dumbassocrats KeithOlbermann, Chris Matthews and Howard Fineman were not impressed by the President's speech, as the group complained that it was not "specific" enough and lacked details. Matthews complained that in the Obama administration,
"meritocracy is going too far," and asserted that it was "ludicrous" that the President had mentioned that the Secretary of Energy has a Nobel Prize.

Thank God the police were on hand to control this unruly mob!
Here is an example of the angry, right-wing, swastika-wearing, nazi conservatives trying to be heard at a town hall meeting last week. These are the nasty professional protesters that BO, Nancy Pelosi and other House Democrats said were bussed in to disrupt hearings on the health care bill.
Compare this with videos on YouTube showing ACORN protesters, WHO ARE PROFESSIONALLY ORGANIZED...AND BUSSED IN, at Republican events. AARP, by the way, is nothing more than a liberal front group for the Democratic Party. It really does little on behalf of the best interests of senior citizens.

THE SHAME OF THE STIMULUS BILL!
Well now that the smoke is clearing and we can see what is being done with the money from the Stimulus BILL, it is quite apparent that very little of it is going to where it would actually improve the economy.
MOST OF THE MONEY GIVEN TO THE STATES IS BEING USED TO PAY FOR NORMAL DEFERRED MAINTENANCE PROJECTS THAT HAVE SHORTFALLS IN THEIR BUDGETS...AND NOT FOR ANY NEW "SHOVEL READY" PROJECTS THAT WOULD STIMULATE EMPLOYMENT!
And today we hear talk of a 2nd stimulus bill proposal....this one to actually (really & truly) to help the economy. Yeah, sure...and elephants can fly! HOW FREAKIN LONG DOES BO AND HIS CONGRESS THINK THAT HE CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS KIND OF BULLS*&T! Are there so many stupid cool-aid drinkers out there thinking that this socialist is actually improving our country with his reckless spending programs? Tell me, for example, how our hard earned tax dollars are improving our lives when they are being spent on projects like these:
1. $16 MILLION (DID YOU HEAR ME! I SAID $16MILLION) being spent on Nancy Pelosi's pet project---the Salt Marsh Harvest Mouse. SHAME,SHAME, SHAME on you Nancy Pelosi for allocating funds for crap like this when the country is hurting so badly.
2. $18 million (yes, I said $18 million) to re-do the governments website (recovery.gov) that shows where the stimulus money goes. WTF...this seems to be the type of job that a couple of college kids could do over a long weekend! Some politically connected organization is ripping us off (stealing our money) to collect $18 mill for doing this.
It is downright insulting to every decent, hardworking taxpayer to have their intelligence denigrated by BO and his minions. STOP THE WASTE NOW! FLOOD YOUR CONGRESSMAN WITH YOUR PROTESTS, ANGER AND DISGUST!

GOTCHA! Pelosi caught re-writing history
Re-writing history is one of the things that liberal dems do best according to Ann Coulter.
But now the Democratic speaker of the House has been caught during her re-writing test in an ever-changing story about what she knew and what she did. Pelosi apparently didn't have a problem after the 9/11 attack with the harsh methods that were used on some suspects when the threat of repeat attacks seemed most acute. But now she would like to re-write history, and extend a political war that voters thought they settled with the last presidential election. Confidence in Pelosi has been seriously eroded by this episode...AND SHE SHOULD RESIGN!

David Feherty, golf analyst for CBS (See BS) sports made the comment that if a soldier was given 2 bullets and put in an elevator with Nancy Pelosi, Harry Ried and Osama Bin Laden, he would shoot Pelosi twice...and strangle Ried and Bin Laden.
