MALIA SHOULD WAKE UP AND SEE WHAT HER DADDY IS REALLY DOING TO THIS COUNTRY

At last week's news conference, PrezBo made the following comments:

"You know, when I woke up this morning, and I'm shaving, and Malia knocks on my bathroom door, and she peeks in her head, and she says, 'Did you plug the hole yet, Daddy?' -- (soft laughter) -- because I think everybody understands that, you know, when we are fouling the Earth like this, it has concrete implications not just for this generation but for future generations. ..".

This Liar-in-Chief has no concept what he is doing to Future Generations. Future Generations are going to suffer greater under his governance than they are by plugging the oil leak!!!

He then went on to say: "And in case anybody wonders -- in any of your reporting, in case you're wondering who's responsible, I take responsibility. It is my job to make sure that everything is done to shut this down."

Now you may think he was still talking about the oil spill but actually he was referring to the economy. That's right! He is making sure that he is doing everything he can to shut down this economy....AND I'D SAY HE'S DOING A GREAT JOB THUS FAR!

One day THE FUTURE GENERATION KILLER announces a plan for enhanced rescission authority to impound wasteful spending, and the next day the House surfaces with a plan for $200 billion more in "stimulus" spending on transfer payments for welfare, even more unemployment compensation, still more Medicaid and a bunch of special-interest subsidies. This is on top of the $787 billion stimulus plan passed earlier in the year, and the "ball-busting" healthcare plan recently passed.  I guess he thinks that future generations won't mind lowering their standards of living to pay for these things...because we sure don't have the money to pay for them now.


So are we to believe that the Liar-in-Chief will rescind the excess appropriations? Hardly! And since pay-go is dead, most of this new spending will not be offset.

It will add to deficits and debt.


SO MUCH FOR HIS CONCERN OVER FUTURE GENERATIONS!

Malia should go back and ask her Daddy: "When are you going to stop raping this country and stop these wasteful spending programs so that America can begin it's long road to recovery?"

TIPS FOR GRADUATES IN THE OBAMA ECONOMY

So you just spent four...or more... years earning a degree in higher education so that you can go out and seek your fortune.  But the fact is that in this Obama economy, your dreams of starting your own business or pursuing a career may have to be put on hold. But you can't just sit around and mooch off your parents. And you certainly don't want to sit around and mooch off the taxpayers. So here to help you get started I am going to give you some tips for your first job after graduation. I hope they serve you well:

1. Greet the customer within 30 seconds of being seated.
2. Dark clothes, black napkin. I hate having white lint all over my clothes.
3. Don't constantly refill somebody's ice tea. They have it sweetened JUST the way they wanted it, and every time you add more to the glass I have to sit there for 5 minutes just to get it back to the way I want it again.
4. Make sure the table always has enough butter.
5. Handle the check BEFORE you clear the table. "May I have the check please?" sounds and looks a lot different that "May you please clear the table?" After I remove my ass from your restaurant, THEN you can clear the table.
6. (The final hint) Don't disappear once the meal is finished.

Now if this is not your first job after you graduate into the Obama economy, maybe some of these tips will also be useful:

1. Get one of those green Christmas tree air fresheners for your cab.
2. Get a map or a GPS so you can get your fare to their destination easily.
3. Try to keep the windows clean.
4. Clean the spit and vomit from your cab as soon as possible.

And finally ... if all else fails... practice this line over and over and you will be ready for your new career in the Obama Economy:

"Would you like French Fries with that?"

Government: The Next Bubble to Burst

The economic collapse of Greece is a wake-up call. The unsustainable combination of a bloated public bureaucracy, high deficit spending and unfunded pension obligations busted Greece's government bubble. Now the birthplace of modern democracy is on the brink of becoming a failed state.

The Bank of England recently warned that the U.S. is on the road to the same fiscal failure as Greece, and the Obama administration's insistence on massive public spending and increasing deficits is the reason.  At this rate, the U.S. government will be the next economic bubble to burst. We've seen similar downturns: the information technology bubble in 2000, housing in 2007 and Wall Street in 2008. If unchecked, America's government bubble will depress our economy with higher interest rates and defaulting state and local governments.

The way to stop the government bubble from bursting is through strict fiscal discipline and empowering the private sector with tax relief.  Federal spending alone this year accounts for 25% of our nation's gross domestic product. If you add state and local spending, the number is closer to 50%. No economy can thrive when nearly half of all economic output is directed by politicians rather than entrepreneurs and small businesses.

After big government spending, government employee unions pose a serious threat to America's fiscal health. Over the past 30 years, union membership has declined significantly, from 23% of all workers in 1980 to about 12% today. But the percentage of union members working for government has soared: Over 50% of all union workers in the U.S. are employed by the government compared with only 17% in 1980.

In addition, government workers make about $10 per hour more than the average private sector worker.  And when they retire, taxpayers are on the hook to pay for lucrative pensions promised by a generation of politicians trying to win the next election. America's small-business owners could only dream of providing the type of pensions that government workers take for granted.

The way to stop the government bubble from bursting is through strict fiscal discipline and empowering the private sector with tax relief. Reducing federal spending is an urgent priority.  The engine of the American economy is small business, not government.  If the size of government continues to grow, there will be less of free enterprise and less creation of new wealth and new jobs. The American government will primarily function to spread the wealth.   Like in Greece, the economy here will fail.

Congress will not make the tough decisions necessary to reduce spending unless we force its hand. When we balanced the budget in the 1990s, we did it with strong controls on spending, real reform of welfare and Medicare, and tax cuts to increase economic growth. This led to four straight years of balanced budgets for the first time since the 1920s.

THE OIL LEAK: Taxpayers SHOULD NOT pick up the tab!

Neal Boortz checks in with this pearl of wisdom.  Freakin Obama never misses a chance to take our money from us.

"The oil spill in the Gulf is a, no doubt, a terrible situation. BP should absolutely pay for its wrong-doing. But now Congress has managed to find a way to eek billions out of the situation in a way that will ultimately hurt the consumers.  Congress is getting ready to quadruple--to 32 cents a barrel--a tax on oil used to help finance cleanups. This will end up raising $11 billion over the next decade.  What Congress fails to realize is that a tax on a company ultimately gets passed down to the consumer. This is essentially taxing Americans, increasing our prices, for the failures of BP.  Maybe it's just me .. but doesn't it make more sense to hold the company responsible for the link accountable? 

Wait ... there's more. This is the first oil leak of this type since Santa Barbara in 1969. That makes 41 years between incidents. With technology constantly advancing, do you really think that the chances for another incident like this in the near future .. let alone in the next 41 years .. are great? But, in the meantime, our government collects it's new taxes? Tell me .. what do you think the government will do with this money? Put it in a savings account somewhere where it can draw interest? Are you kidding me? The money will be spent to buy votes ... and when and if another spill like this comes along the money will be nowhere to be found.

ANOTHER STEP TOWARD SOCIALISM

Obama took another big step toward socialism by pushing through the Senate his financial regulation bill last week.  It  authorizes the treasury to seize any financial company or bank  simply because, in his opinion, it's too big to fail or become insolvent. This power can be used for political retribution, pressure for campaign funding, or for any other abuse that the bureaucrats or liberal dems can think of.

And the bill fails to do the one thing it must do: regulate derivatives and make them transparent...thanks to our buddy Chris Dodd, one of the major Dumbocrat architects of the housing bust, who paid back his pals on Wall Street by deleting that particular regulatory provision and instead setting up a commission to study the situation for two years!  WTF!

Four Republicans sold out IN ORDER FOR THIS TO PASS.  Among the RINOs were Susan Collins and Olympia Snow of Maine. But, surprisingly, Scott Brown, R-Mass., the newly elected Massachusetts Miracle, defected, as did the normally stalwart Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. What's with these northeastern poliyicians?  Do the long, harsh winters up there affect their brain cells?  And what's with Scott Brown??  The good news with him is that a Republican won Ted Kennedy's fat-ass seat; the bad news is that he is acting like Ted Kennedy.   Double WTF!

Now the federal government has effectively taken over about one third of our national economy by passing Obamacare and regulatory reform in almost the same breath.  And I'm sure there is more to come before the November elections!

People...you better start learning the words to "Mmm, Mmm, Mmm Barack Hussein Obama" cuz soon every school kid in the nation will be required to sing it at the start of the school day, and before all sporting events, instead of the National Anthem!
