OBAMA AND HOLDER FIND YET ANOTHER SCAM TO BENEFIT DEMS AND SCREW TAXPAYERS

Here's another Dept. of Justice shakedown scheme benefiting liberals.

Judicial Watch reports that the Department of Justice is giving liberal activist groups money from a $16.6 billion settlement with Bank of America which resulted from the toxic mortgages it acquired from its takeover of Contrywide Home Loans.  One would think that the funds would be applied to reducing the deficit.  But no!  Instead they will be given to Democratic special interest groups.

The groups benefiting from the lawsuit, according to Investor’s Business Daily, are the National Council of La Raza, Operation Hope, National Community Reinvestment Coalition, and Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America. The money also went to “delinquent borrowers” in Chicago, Oakland, Detroit, Philadelphia and other major “Democrat strongholds.”

“This is a wealth redistribution scheme disguised as a lawsuit,” Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told The Daily Caller. “And who benefits from the distribution? Interest groups the administration relies on, outside interest groups, allies and politicians in communities trying to benefit as well.”

Why I vote Democrat

I vote Democrat because I believe it’s okay if our federal government borrows $85 Billion every single month.

I vote Democrat because I care about the children … but saddling them with trillions of dollars of debt to pay for my bloated leftist government is okay.

I vote Democrat because I believe the oil companies’ profit of 3% on a gallon of gas is obscene, but the federal government taxing that same gallon of gas at 15% isn’t obscene.

I vote Democrat because I believe a moment of silent prayer at the beginning of the school day constitutes government indoctrination and an intrusion on parental authority ….. but sex education, condom distribution and multiculturalism are all values-neutral.

I vote Democrat because I agonize over threats to the natural environment from CO2, acid rain and toxic waste ….. but I am totally oblivious of the threats to our social environment from pornography, promiscuity and family dissolution.

I vote Democrat because I believe lazy, uneducated stoners should have just as big a say in running our country as entrepreneurs who risk everything and work 70 hours per week.

I vote Democrat because I don’t like guns ….. so no one else should be allowed to own one.

I vote Democrat because I see absolutely no correlation between welfare and the rise of illegitimacy.

BEIJING –  State media say a court in western China has sentenced three people to death for planning a deadly car ramming at Beijing's iconic Tiananmen Gate that was blamed on Muslim separatists.

A car plowed through tourists and ended up in a fiery crash in the Oct. 28 attack in the heart of Beijing, killing two bystanders and the three attackers.

MARK LEVIN COMMENTS ON BERGDAHL EXCHANGE

Mark Levin said that despite the fact that the administration is touting the line that the Bergdahl exchange was a prisoner exchange, he said that is absolutely not true and never has been true under the Geneva Convention:

    This is not a POW exchange like past wars. Terrorists are not and have never been considered prisoners of war, not even under the Geneva Convention. Article Five. They’re illegal enemy combatants or if you prefer unlawful enemy combatants.

    You’ve got Carney saying this. You’ve got Hagel saying this. This is the party line. I’m waiting on them to pull out some video from some guy in California.

    We don’t exchange soldiers for terrorists! And these five terrorists are to be held until the end of hostilities. Hostilities haven’t ended.

    These terrorists are going to go back to the battlefield and they’re going to take up arms and they’re going to kill more Americans and innocent Afghans.

    Under no circumstances are they to be released to kill more Americans. Period. Let alone in an exchange for a putative deserter.

    And then they say the US military doesn’t leave anyone anywhere, that we don’t do that. Well, of course it’s been done. But more to the point, if he’s a deserter, it’s not us leaving him. It’s him leaving us.

    And no soldier’s life should be sacrificed looking for a deserter. No terrorist should be released to do more damage, maiming and murdering.
