On September 25, I posted that in the first spending bill approved for the next fiscal year by the Democratic Congress, an expenditure of $174,000 has been included for payment to Victoria Reggie Kennedy, the widow of Ted Kennedy.
Now...and make sure you're sitting down for this one...President Obama's administration wants to make a contribution of over $400,000 of taxpayer's money to a Libyan charity run by the Qadaffi family. Would you want your tax dollars given to a charity run by the family of Libyan dictator Moammar Qadaffi? I THOUGHT NOT!
Said Qadaffi, Moammar's son and the man who organized the welcome home ceremony for the man that murdered 189 Americans aboard PanAm flight 103, would get $200,000 of that money. The whole idea is not going over big with some members of Congress on both sides of the aisle. DUH!
SO I REPEAT: Do these people know how to WASTE our tax dollars....or what? Have they no shame??? IS THIS WHAT THE STIMULUS DOLLARS ARE BEING SPENT ON?
IN ABOUT A YEAR FROM NOW, WE'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET RID OF THESE WASTEFUL SPENDERS. USE YOUR VOTE WISELY!
