I THINK THIS WOULD BE FAIR.

Democrats are proposing that the healthcare reform legislation be named after Ted Kennedy to recognize his efforts in working for a national health care plan.

Republicans should demand recognition of another aspect of Kennedy's life by insisting that the end-of-life counseling option of the plan be called the Mary Jo Kopechne Provision.

To me, it only makes sense!
