IS THIS HOW HITLER DISCREETLY STARTED HIS ARMY OF BROWN SHIRT THUGS?

Why is Homeland Security buying billions of rounds of ammunition – even ammunition that is outlawed for use in warfare?  It could well be that 0bama is trying to disarm the American people by making it difficult, if not impossible, for them to buy the ammunition they need for their guns.  Another explanation is that 0bama has such radical plans for the growth of government and the suppression of freedom by his 'civilian military corps' if and when the Democrats take the House in next year’s mid-term election, that he’s afraid of a citizen’s insurrection.  That would also explain Homeland Security’s purchase of all those 2,700 mine-resistant armored assault vehicles.
