On 11/28/2008, USA Today reported that President-elect Barack Obama outlined his plan to create 2.5 million jobs (A NUMBER HE PULLED OUT OF HIS ASS) in coming years to rebuild roads and bridges and modernize schools while developing alternative energy sources and more efficient cars. The plan created a media frenzy. So far the plan has resulted in over 1.5 million jobs... LOST.
Rush Limbaugh commented that if the very same "plan" were applied to the Bush Administration, over 35 million jobs were created. Yet there was no media commentary on this. Hmmmm...wonder why?
