SENATOR NELSON'S LETTER AND MY REPLY

Today I received the following email from Florida Democrat Senator Bill Nelson, an Obama puppet who mostly votes the way our Liar-in-Chief wants him to.

Dear Friends,

President Obama asked Americans to contact members of Congress and ask them to reach a fair resolution of the looming government default.

He rightly noted that both political parties bear some responsibility for running up the federal debt – so it’s up to both to end this stalemate. Since the President's speech I've heard from thousands and thousands of folks who responded to his call. I also sensed growing support in Congress to avert a first-ever government default early next week. Thus I’m optimistic about quick passage of some $2.7 trillion in savings and spending cuts – cuts that wouldn’t hurt Medicare, Medicaid or Social Security.
Such a solution strikes me as a fair compromise – and, exactly the kind of thing I think we need right now.

Dear Sen. Nelson:

Yes, he rightly noted that both political parties bear some responsibility for running up the federal debt, but what he failed to note was that he ran it up MORE than all the other presidents COMBINED!  He also failed to note that he, and his Senate (including you), have not produced a budget for the last 2 years, nor have you come up with YOUR plan to solve this debt crisis.  You people are complete failures as to living up to your financial responsibilities to the American people...and you will pay dearly for it come next election.  He also failed to note that under his administration, we are spending about $4,1 Billion per day...more than 4 times any previous administration.  Why don't you, Bill Nelson, MAN-UP and lead your fellow Democrats in stopping this Socialist before he can do more damage to our country.

JAY CARNEY: OBAMA'S DELUSIONAL PUPPET (WHAT IS HE SMOKING?)

Delusional White House Spokesman Jay Carney said this at yesterday’s press conference:

“Well, two things remain uncontestably true. The economy is vastly improved from what it was when Barack Obama was sworn into office as president. We were in economic free-fall. There were predictions that we were headed to the second Great Depression. We were losing up to, over 700,000 jobs a month, we were contracting at greater than 6 percent — our economy was. So, the economy has improved. It has not improved enough.
“Well, there’s no question that we face headwinds, and the president has been very direct about that. And we need to do everything we can, across the front, to ensure we’re doing what we can to spur growth, spur job creation.”

But here's the real story, not that delusional bullcrap.
When Obama took office the unemployment rate was 7.2 percent — today, two and a half years later, it’s 9.2 percent. Gas was about $1.79 a gallon when Obama took office. Today it’s $3.68. There are around 13 million more people on food stamps today than there were in January of 2009. Sure, almost anybody can find statistics to suit their own argument, but all finger pointing to cast blame aside, if Carney actually believes it’s “uncontestably true” that the economy has “vastly improved” since January of 2009, he needs an uncontested psych evaluation.

Ya gotta love this guy.  He wouldn't back down from Chris Matthews' badgering, in fact he put Matthews down when he said Obama doesn't give him tingles up his leg (in reference to Matthews remark about BO doing that to him)...Ha!

Poverty in America ...These are people who pay NO taxes!

Statistics released yesterday by the Heritage Foundation show that 30 million Americans are living in “poverty,” according to the US Census Bureau.  That’s a pretty sizable number … until you remember that what it means to be “poor” in America has become a colossal joke.    Check out these stats:

• The typical “poor” household in America has a car

• 78% of “poor” households in America have air conditioning

• 64% of “poor” households in America have cable or satellite TV .. most have two TVs, along with a DVD player and  VCR

• Most “poor” households in America with children have a gaming system such as an Xbox or PlayStation

• 38% of “poor” households in America have a personal computer

• Most “poor” households in America have a refrigerator, an oven and stove, and a microwave. They also have other household appliances such as a clothes washer, clothes dryer, ceiling fans, a cordless phone, and a coffee maker.

• The typical “poor” American has more living space than the average European.

• The typical “poor” American family is able to obtain medical care when needed.

The average “poor” household in America claims to have sufficient funds to meet all essential needs.  What they are struggling to afford is air conditioning and cable TV, not food.

Perhaps our politicians  should take a good look at these stats and cut back on our welfare programs...or else start making these people pay some taxes.  Either way would help resolve our debt crisis.

DEMOCRATS: THE PARTY OF SCOFFLAWS

It is no wonder that a compromise cannot be reached over the current debt negotiations.  The Democrats are so fiscally irresponsible that Congressional Republicans are refusing to let them get away with it anymore.     

The Congressional Budget Act requires the federal government to operate under a duly enacted budget, and sets out an annual timetable for the Congressional budget process. The Democrats have simply been ignoring the law because they think it is in their political interest to do so. They don’t want voters to see, in black and white, their plan to raise taxes while simultaneously expanding the national debt, with no end in sight.  Currently, the Democrats are bringing to the Senate floor a series of appropriations bills for FY 2012, which begins in October. This is plainly illegal under the Congressional Budget Act, Section 303(c)(1) of which provides:

(c) APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATION MEASURES IN THE SENATE.—
(1) IN GENERAL.—Until the concurrent resolution on the budget for a fiscal year has been agreed to and an allocation has been made to the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate under section 302(a) for that year, it shall not be in order in the Senate to consider any appropriation bill or joint resolution, amendment or motion thereto, or conference report thereon for that year or any subsequent year.

The Democrats intend to circumvent Section 303(c)(1) by asking for the Senate’s unanimous consent to waive that provision. I hope Senate Republicans will be smart enough to oppose it.

The Democrats are a party of scofflaws. Not just conservatives, but all Americans should write their Senators in an effort to require the people’s business to be conducted legally, in public and with transparency...NOT THE WAY OBAMA HAS BEEN DOING IT SINCE HE GOT ELECTED!

Job Losses Prove Stimulus Worked According to the Idiot-in-Chief

Can you believe the arrogance of this stupid A-HOLE!  Can you believe how stupid he thinks we are?   If his plan worked any better we'd all be unemployed!

Three days after the U.S. Department of Labor reported that the national unemployment rate had ticked up from 9.1 percent in May to 9.2 percent in June, Dumbo Ears said that the loss of jobs in the public sector is “evidence” that his $830-billion economic stimulus legislation worked.

“Now, without relitigating the past, I’m absolutely convinced, and the vast majority of economists are convinced, that the steps we took in the Recovery Act saved millions of people their jobs or created a whole bunch of jobs,” Obama said at his Monday press conference.



Neal Boortz, one of my favorite talk show political analysts,  puts it this way:

• We have the worst unemployment picture since the Great Depression because Obama’s stimulus worked!

• Over two million fewer people are working in private sector jobs in our economy because Obama’s stimulus worked!

• We are still seeing record levels of foreclosures because the stimulus worked!

The only thing that Barack Obama’s stimulus plan is evidence of is that government spending does not foster a climate of economic prosperity, particularly in the private market.  The economy does not thrive when the government is making the economic choices. 

But it was never Obama’s goal to bolster the private marketplace, but rather to keep union government workers and Democrat office holders afloat.  So look around, America … this, what we are experiencing right now, is proof that Barack Obama’s stimulus plan worked!

God help us if this fool gets re-elected!

9.2% UNEMPLOYMENT....WTF!

Each Job ‘Saved or Created’ by the Stimulus Cost taxpayers $278,000 (So Far)

Jeffrey Anderson at the Weekly Standard pointed out, the White House releasing a fiscal report on the Friday before a long holiday weekend can only mean one thing: There’s not much good news in it for the White House, and, ergo, taxpayers. Such is the case with the White House Council of Economic Advisors’ seventh quarterly report on the impact of the “stimulus”:

The council reports that, using “mainstream estimates of economic multipliers for the effects of fiscal stimulus” (which it describes as a “natural way to estimate the effects of” the legislation), the “stimulus” has added or saved just under 2.4 million jobs — whether private or public — at a cost (to date) of $666 billion. That’s a cost to taxpayers of $278,000 per job.
In other words, the government could simply have cut a $100,000 check to everyone whose employment was allegedly made possible by the “stimulus,” and taxpayers would have come out $427 billion ahead.

Mind you these are Obama’s own economists, so the report is like an employee’s performance evaluation that was filled out by the employee. The absolute truth is probably much more bleak.
Over ten years, the CBO says the stimulus will raise the federal deficit $830 billion — $43 billion more than originally estimated.
Which brings us to President Obama’s weekly address:

Now, it would be nice if we could keep every tax break, but we can’t afford them. Because if we choose to keep those tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires, or for hedge fund managers and corporate jet owners, or for oil and gas companies pulling in huge profits without our help — then we’ll have to make even deeper cuts somewhere else. We’ve got to say to a student, ‘You don’t get a college scholarship.’ We have to say to a medical researcher, ‘You can’t do that cancer research.’ We might have to tell seniors, ‘You have to pay more for Medicare.’

Or how about we say to the White House, “You don’t get to spend the remaining $164 billion earmarked for a ‘stimulus’ that is clearly a failure.”

To steal a line from a military recruiting campaign years ago, “it’s a great place to start” — but unfortunately the painfully obvious options never seem to be on the table.

HOW CAN ANYONE DOUBT THAT OBAMA IS A SOCIALIST?

There is no doubt that Barack Hussein Obama is a communist. His core views and opinions defy everything America stands for. He is therefor a threat to this country and should be treated as an enemy.

Forty percent of Americans think that our economy is in a permanent state of decline and will never get better.  Five out of ten Americans, one out of two, think that there is virtually no chance that their children will have better lives than they did.  That has been the American dream for generations.  For generations that has been the American dream – that I’ll work hard, I’ll care for my children, I’ll nurture them, I’ll see that they are educated, and they will have a better life than their parents had.  That dream is gone.  It is going. 

At this point, to be completely honest and absolutely honest with you, my disgust and contempt for Barack Obama grows every time I see his picture, every single time I see that face and every time I hear him speak. 

I’m 66 years old and I love this county, and I thank God every day that I was born in this country.  My father was born on a farm in Central Texas to German immigrants and joined the Marine Corps in WWII.  Because he joined the Marine Corps, his standard of living rose above his parents.  Every one of his kids … he had three … their standard of living rose above what he enjoyed, and I’m hoping it will be the same for my daughter.  But it stops there.  Americans have lost that confidence. 

This standard of living we have in this country was not brought to us by government; it was brought to us by free people working in an economic system of capitalism and free enterprise, where every individual out there was empowered to pursue their dreams as far as their dreams would take them … with the rule of law always out there to protect them from predators – the economic predators, the criminal predators – always out there ready to protect them.  It was the free enterprise system that created a standard of living unsurpassed by any other economic system anywhere in the world in the history of civilized man, and then the people of this country put a man dedicated to the destruction of capitalism and free enterprise in the White House. 

As late as the 1980s, this man, Barack Obama, was a dedicated Marxist revolutionary.  Then his zeal was tempered somewhat because he finally figured out that there wasn’t going to be a Communist revolution in the United States.  His father was a Communist.  His mother was a Communist, and when his father disappeared from his life, his mother took on a lover who was a Communist.  He hung out with Communists in college.  He gravitated toward Communist professors in college.  And now he is president of the United States? 

This is a man who, when he decided that he was going to finally enter the political realm, decided that he would make that announcement in the home of two dedicated Communist revolutionaries: Bernadine Dohrn and Bill Ayers.  Everything about this man -- from his childhood, through college and his entry into politics -- everything about him is infused in Marxism and anti-capitalism and a hatred for the private sector and free enterprise and a love of government.   And he becomes president of the United States.  And now people think the American dream is over … that our free market economy is in permanent decline and will never get better.  Surprised?  Not me.
